Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products, then please get in contact with us and explain why - returns will be approved at our discretion. Refunds on training or coaching will only be approved where training or coaching package has NOT commenced and prior to two weeks of start date.

Shipping & Delivery
E-books
:
On-Line. When you purchase an e-book online an email will be sent to you immediately after the payment is processed with a link to pick up the e-book. You may need to check your ‘spam filter’ to ensure the link email is not lost in the process.
Phone Orders
Where you order by phone your e-book will be attached to an email and forwarded as soon as your payment is cleared (usually around 10 minutes) No shipping will be charged.
Physical Items
For delivery within
Australia
:
All item/s are shipped via Australian Post within 24 hours or Monday for weekend orders. . Generally you will receive your item/s within 3 to 7 working days. Our shopping cart will calculate the correct postage once you have entered your address in the checkout process. Shipping is subject to GST
For International delivery
:
All item/s are shipped via International Airmail. Generally you will receive your item/s within 3 to 14 working days. Our shopping cart will calculate the correct postage once you have entered your address in the checkout process. International shipping is NOT subject to GST
Note on Direct Deposit or Cheque payments.
Goods (e-books and physical books) paid by direct deposit or cheque will be processed as soon as funds are available in our bank. Be aware that deposits made after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday night and therefore will not be available until Tuesday morning.
