Work Transition Training

Australia is a progressive country with advanced employment regulation, superannuation and taxation regulation and Government policy that is supportive of Small Business, despite the comments that are made in parliament from time to time when different parties take control of Government. This has lead to small business being a significant component of the economy so whether you are looking to start-up a new business or want to find work in an existing business the skills to manage a small business are invaluable.

Over the last 10 years we have helped a lot of students make the transition from their current employment to a new field working in an office environment in a small business. This includes working with organisations like the Defence Department as well as Rehab Transition training through rehab consultants for QBE Insurance, CGU Insurance and other transition training scheme managers.

If you are looking at making the change in your career or are a HR department manager who needs to help one of your employees transition to a new job our Small Business Management course will provide them with the skills to give them confidence in their new career direction.

If you are a Job Network, CRS Australia office, Rehab Consultant or Government Department we will happy enrol your client immediately and provide you with a Tax Invoice. This allows you to enrol your client now and process the payment using your normal processes. You still need to use the Enrolment Form, but don’t need to make an immediate payment. When you enrol your client you’ll then receive instructions on how to make your payment.
