Now that our Cert IV in Small Business Management Course is available online we utilise the best online support systems available and make sure all our support team are trained properly in how to use them. The most common online support is delivered by email, but we decided to go further and keep better track of every student query or issue by using ZenDesk.
Support Satisfaction is important
ZenDesk is used by some of the most well known companies in the world. It is a premium web-based service (all that means is that it’s hosted in the cloud and we pay good money for it) and it allows us to provide better support to every individual student to help them achieve their course desires.
It also helps us measure the satisfaction rating of each of our support team so they strive to do a better job for you! Some companies are scared to hear from their students but we love it. In fact we think customer service is so important in EVERY business that we are adding a Customer Service subject to our course.
